Russian Chocolate Cheesecake is a combination of Cheesecake and Chocolatecake. The bottom and walls are composed of a dough with the taste of Chocolate. The filling (a dough
basically out of Quark Cheese) should be kinda juicy. Crumbles out of the same dough as for the bottom of the cake are put on the top of the filling.
The cake is awfully tasty and contains a sinful lot of unhealthy ingredients (a really big amount of fat)... An utterly eminent way of quickly increasing your waistline with grandeur and style! ^_~
